1. The Environment field does not display correctly during a Reschedule transition
This issue occurs because Forge custom fields are not rendered correctly in Jira's legacy transition experience.
Atlassian introduced a new transition experience in October 2024, but the rollout has been gradual and does not appear to be complete for all Jira sites.
The new experience could initially be enabled from the Jira Labs section in each user's personal settings. However, Atlassian recently removed this option.
We therefore recommend contacting Atlassian Support and requesting that the new transition experience be enabled for your Jira site.
Once enabled, Golive fields, along with other Forge custom fields, should display correctly on transition screens.
