Jira Project Settings
This article provides useful tips and best practices for managing Golive settings within your Jira Projects.
Map Jira Projects with Golive Applications
For organizations managing numerous Applications and Environments, it's common to dedicate different Jira Projects to different subsets of Applications. By mapping Golive Applications to specific Jira Projects, you can reduce the number of Environments shown in each project to focus on the relevant information.
Accessing Jira Project Settings
Jira Project Administrators can access all relevant Golive project settings through the Golive Project Page:
Access the desired Jira Project.
Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner of Golive pages.
Select the [Project Name] Golive Settings option. For example, if your project is named "ECOM," you’ll see ECOM Golive Settings.
If Golive Project Page is hidden, you'll have to access the Golive Project Settings page from Jira’s left menu:
Access the desired Jira Project.
From the left menu, select Project settings.
In the App section on the left menu, select Golive Settings.
Golive Project Settings Options
Once you’ve accessed the Golive Project Settings Page, you’ll have the following options:
Show/Hide Golive Project Page: Enable or disable the GoLive Project Page. This is useful if your Jira Project does not deal with environments.
Show Environments Issue Panel: Control whether the Environments Issue Panel is displayed per project or globally. Environments Issue Panel per project or globally.
Map Applications to Project: Use the All Applications toggle to link all Golive applications or only specific ones to your Jira Project. If you don’t select All Applications, choose the applications you want to map to the current project.
Managing Project Settings Globally

Enable the Golive Page & Panel only for the Jira Project used for testing.
