Last Deployments

The Last Deployments template provides a timeline that displays Jira issues that have been deployed to your Environments within a selected time frame. Each issue is represented in its own swimlane, allowing you to track its deployment history. The template enables a clear view of when and to which Environment each issue was deployed, facilitating detailed tracking and coordination.

Here are scenarios for the Last Deployments template that align with its functionality:

  • Deployment History Analysis: Analyzing the deployment history of individual Jira issues, providing clear insight into the frequency, success, and patterns of deployments over time for each issue.

  • Stakeholder Reporting: Stakeholders can use the template to obtain a quick and comprehensive overview of recent deployment activities. This visual representation helps in reporting the progress and current status of issue deployments to stakeholders who may not be involved in day-to-day operations.

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinating deployment activities among various teams. By seeing when issues were deployed, teams can synchronize their tasks with deployments, ensuring that dependencies are managed and any necessary follow-up actions are taken in a timely manner.
